Penis Enlargement Exercises

There is increasing popularity among male population not only in fitness and muscle building but many men want to enhance their penis with manual exercises. Keep in mind that penis is not a muscle so it cannot grow as you grow your muscles but there are still ways of enlarging your penis doing manual penis enlargement exercises. There are two ways you can achieve bigger penis with these exercises. It is up to you at first what you want to work on. You can either work on girth or length of your penis. As you go and do this daily each session should be longer than previous.

Second also very popular manual exercises for penis enlargement is jelqing also known as milking. While mostly appropriate for girth build up it can also do good for penis length if you stretch it at the end of jelq. Jelqing exercises are done in non-erect state of your penis by building pressure in your penis moving blood from the base toward the end of the penis.

These manual exercises are known for centuries. It is not known who and when "invented" manual penis enlargement exercises but the consensus is that stretching and jelqing was developed by Arabic people centuries ago. They may not invent those but we have written evidence that male Arabic population defined some of the exercises that are popular today.
